I Where there are la points of similarity in two fingerprints, the chances against their not being the same print are one in 20,300.000,000. This was stated in the Wellington Supreme Court by Edmund Waiter Dinnio, i senior-sergeant in charge of the crimj inal investigation branch of the Police Department.
