Beauty of Clematis
There was a common misapprehension that tile tropics were a place of bright colours, said Dr. J. A. Doctor In. an address in Wellington on his travels in the East, Africa and Europe. He had been, hunting for orchids for a friend, lie said, but had soon discovered that the clematis at present blooming in. the New Zealand bush was much more beautiful than any orchids he had seen in the bush.
