DEATH AT 64 YEARS

The death of the author, Zane Grey is reported from Altadena (California). His death followed a hear attack. He was 64 years of age.
Mr. Grey, who was born, in Zanesville, Ohio, practised as a lawyer i: New York from 1898 to 1904.,.1n th,
latter year he published his first novel. “Betty Zane.” This was followed b> a long list of works which continuec until this year, placing him amon; the most popular of America), authors.
Among his best-known publication? were “Riders of the Purple Sage,’ “The Vanishing American,” “Tales ol the Swordfish and the Tuna,” and “Zane Grey’s Book of Camp Trails.”
