JAPANESE EXPEDITION
ANTARCTIC EXPLORATION (Rccd. Oct. 23, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, Oct. 21. The newspaper Asahi Shimbun has announced that Japan is sending during the corning spring an exploration expedition to the Antarctic. It will consist, of scientists, writers and cameramen in two vessels. The expedition is in commemoration of the 260th anniversary of the founding ot the Japanese Empire.
