RATION INCREASED
GAS AND ELECTRICITY (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 20. The Secretary of Mines, Mr. Geoffrey Lloyd, announced the raising of the gas and electricity ration front 75 per cent of last year’s consumption to 100 per cent.. The rationing of machinery relating to these commodities remains in operation. •
