AMERICAN TERMS (Reed. Oct 23, noon) NEW YORK, Oct. 22. The war risk insurances on cargoes carried in belligerent ships to the Far East, including Australia and New Zealand, have been reduced from 3 per cent to U per cent via the Cape, and from 2 per cent to lit per cent via Panama, but from the Pacific Coast ports they have been increased from \ per cent to lj per cent. Between North America and South America, Pacific and Atlantic, the rate is reduced from 3 per cent to 1 per cent.
