FUELLED IN ICELAND
GERMAN SUBMARINES ACCOUNT BY GOLFER (Reed. Oct. 23. 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 21. The American golf professional, Rube Arneson, returning from Iceland, said that two German submarines re''uelled at Reykjavik on September 19. They were then cn Voute to Germany. One carried three wounded sailors, one of whom had bullet wounds in his arm and a shell splinter in the left side, tic was interned in hospital. He said he was wounded when planes attacked his ship off Canada a few days earlier.
