U.S. MAIL FOR GERMANS
PROTEST CONSIDERED
(Reed. Oct. 21. 2.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 20. The Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull, announced that the State Department is considering representations to Britain respecting the seizure of American mail en route to Germany. The mail is being censored and returned to the United States.
