WOOL APPRAISEMENT
CENTRE AT GISBORNE At a meeting of the Poverty Bay provincial executive of the Farmers' Union to-day. it was staled that an assurance had been given that Gisborne would be an appraisement centre for wool during the war period. There had been no official confirmation of this, but a telegram from the Dominion secretary stated that Gisborne had “no need to worry.”
