RUSSIA AND LATVIA
EXTENSION OF TRADE SUPPLEMENTARY TREATY (Reed. Oct. 20, 9 a.m.) MOSCOW, Oct. 19. The Tass Agency has announced that a Soviot-Latvian trade agreement, supplementary to the recent mutual assistance pact, was signed yesterday.
It provides for a three-fold extension of trade between the two countries and also a considerable extension ’•f shipments of Soviet goods via Latian ports.
