LOST ON ROYAL OAK (British Ofticinl Wireless.) Reed. 12 noon. RUGBY, Oct. 18. An official statement says that the Royal Oak carried 81 officers and 1153 men, of whom 24 officers and 786 men were lost. The Admiralty r.oveals that RearAdmiralty Biagrove has died.
