NEAR SCAPA FLOW
ENEMY AIRCRAFT NO BOMBS DROPPED (Reed Oct. 19, noon.) LONDON, Oct. 18. The Air Ministry announced to-day that enemy aircraft, apparently on a reconnaissance flight, had been seen approaching Scapa Flow from the direction of Kirkwall and Duncansbay Head. No bombs were dropped.
