NEW BOEING LINERS
PLANS FOR SPRING STRATOSPHERE FLYERS (Reed. Oct. 17, 2.10 p.m.) KANSAS CITY, Oct. IG. The trans-Continental and Western Air Lines announce that five fourengined air pressure cabin Boeing liners, carrying 33 passengers in the daytime and 23 at night will be available for the trans-Continental service in the spring. The new machines enable stratosphere flying.
