GENERAL RATE PURSUANT to Sections 35 to 38 of the “Town Boards Act, 190S,’’ and Sections 51 to s!t of “The Rating Act, 1925.’’ and amendments thereto, notice is hereby given that the Patutahi Town Board at a meeting to he held on the 14th day of November, 1939, will make and levy a general rate of three farthings (3d) in the ,C on the capitiil value of till rateable property in the Patutahi Town District.
