TANDEM WEDDING
LONDON, Sept. 1. When 13-year-old Robert Mullin and 17-year-old Isabella Moore,- of Glasgow, first met they sold their bicycles and bought a tandem. Yesterday they rode to Gretna Green on the bicycle built for two and were married over the anvil.
