YOUNG BRIDE KILLED
PILLION-RIDE WITH COUSIN Only six weeks after her wedding. 19-year-old Mrs, Margaret Smith was killed near Derby while riding pillion on a motor-cycle driven by her cousin, Police Constable C. W. Bui), of Birkenhead, England. The machine came into collision with a car. Bull died from his injuries in hospital. Mrs. Smith’s 20-year-old husband is in a searchlight battery in a Militia camp in the Midlands. She had been staying with relatives at Bur-ton-on-Trent, and Bulk was there on holiday.
