A portion of the Rutene Road Reserve between the croquet courts and the western boundary is to be used by the Gisborne Borough Council tor nursery purposes, as a result of a decision by the council at last night’s meeting. The reserves committee reported that the supervising gardener, Mr. T. R. Andrew, considered the site and soil as desirable, and the committee was of opinion that the area would not be required for other purposes in the near future,
