DEPARTURE OF GERMANS PEOPLE OF FINLAND (Reed. Oct. 18, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. Hi. The Paris wireless slated to-day that when the German Foreign Minister, Herr Von Ribbentrop, went to Moscow he agreed to the demand by M. Molotov that all Germans must leave Finland.
