JAPANESE SUFFER SHIP TURNS TURTLE (Elcc. Tel. Copyright—Unitod Press Assn.) (Reed. Oct. 18, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, Oct. 16. A typhoon experienced at Okinawa to-day caused heavy damage and deaths. It is now approaching Kyushu. The vessel Shintaiko Maru turned turtle, drowning 200 Chinese northward of Woosung.
