FRENCH WAR PLANES SPEEDING UP OUTPUT (Reed. Oct. 16, 2.50 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 15. The exchange agency in Paris says the French Air Ministry reports that when France completes her war-time mobilisation of aviation factories, the output will be fivefold that of peacetime, whereas the German production has been on a war-time basis for several years and has reached the maximum, not allowing for a great increase. Especially in view of the blockade the combined anglo-French air forces can soon claim supremacy.
