INDIAN WAR PROBLEMS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Oet. 16. The Government of India has decided to create ap Economic Resources Board in order to cope with the large number of economic problems arising from war conditions. The board will be constituted of representatives of all departments concerned with the development and conservation of India’s resources, and steps are being taken to maintain close contact with provincial Governments and with professional, industrial and commercial organisations.
