TAX DEFICIENCIES
STOCK DEALER FINED £4O PENALTY IMPOSED (Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Deficiencies between the tax assessments and the sums found to be due amounted to over £3OO, it was stated in the New Plymouth Police Court when Charles Alfred Percy Wood, a stock dealer, was fined £4O for failing to furnish income tax returns for 1935, 1936 and 1937, and a return under the Employment Promotion Act for 1937.
