Use of Motor Camps
A suggestion to prevent cyclists from using motor camps and to confine their use to motorists was contained in a report considered at a meeting of the Wellington City Council. Mr. A. Black contended that it was not fair to debar a man from a motor camp because he could not afford a car. The argument that difficulty would be experienced in getting the cyclists to pay applied equally to motorists. The proposal was referred back to the reserves committee.
