SHOW CATTLE TEAMS

GISBORNE BREEDERS THREE FOR HASTINGS The Gisborne district will have a large representation in the Hereford cattle section in the Hawke’s Bay A. and P. Show at Tomoana this week. Three teams comprising 18 animals have been entered in the Show, the breeders represented being Messrs. Hutchinson Bros., Waihuka, Mr. F, E. Humphreys, Wilencote, and Mr. 11. W. Barker, Acton. Tiie biggest team is that from the Waihuka Stud, which will consist of eight animals and which will be doing the circuit of four shows. Commencing at Tomoana this week, the team will go on to the Carterton Show next week, Palmerston North the following week, and then back for the Gisborne Show on November 7 and 8, The Wilencote and Acton teams will compete only at the Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne Shows.
