USE OF IDLE GOLD
AMERICAN PROPOSALS (Reed. Oct. 14, 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 13. President Roosevelt said to-day that plans were being formulated to use United States idle gold to stabilise the credit facilities of Latin American financial institutions.
