AERIAL TERROR
JAPANESE RAIDERS BOBBING IN CHINA THROUSANDS KILLED (Reed. Oct, 16, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 14. The Chungking' correspondent of the New York Times says that 87 Japanese planes bombed four points in West China yesterday. Eighteen planes sire reported to have wiped out one-third of the Narichuan population of 50,000. Huge fires were raging' there last night. Thirty-six machines bombed Liangshan, 18 Yuanling, and 15 Chenchi. The damage to the latter towns lias not been reported.
