RELEASE OF SOLDIERS STATE AID FOR FARMS (Reed. Oct. 14, 9 a.m.) BUCHAREST. Oct. 12. Tens of thousands of soldiers have been released to help in the autumn ploughing. The Rumanian Government lias granted a loan for the relief of agricultural distress in Bessarabia and has also agreed to allow the people of the Hungarian minority to send children to their own schools.
