FORECAST OF WINTER STYLES.—WhiIe everybody else was having summer holidays the milliners of Paris were working at high pressure, with the result that a number of new, even if not exactly revolutionary, felt hats were designed to replace the popular summer turbans. Here is the immortal felt hat for winter sporting occasions, perhaps a little higher in the crown and with a somewhat larger brim than last year.
