ALLEGATION OF FRAUD MAN EXTRADITED (Reed. Oct. 13, 9 n.mj SYDNEY, Oct. 13. Extradited from New Zealand on i charge of false pretences involving •12316, Gregory Psaltis, aged 39 years, i fruiterer, was discharged at the -Jity Court yesterday. The prosecutor said he had no evidence to offer and he was also satised that there had been no criminal Intent on the part of Psaltis.
