ROADSIDE HOARDINGS

The necessity for a restriction on hoardings in residential areas was stressed at a meeting of the Wellington Beautifying Society by Mr. M. Levy, reporting on behalf of a subcommittee. Mr. Levy said that *if there were a small park in a residential area he did not think that the society would agree to hove it plastered over with hoardings.
