SIXTY-HOUR WEEK
FRENCH RAILWAYMEN (Reed. Oct. 10, 3 p.m.) PARIS, Oct. 9. After conferences with members of the labour unions, the French Government issued a decree fixing a maximum of 60 hours for railwaymen. An extension of hours in the mercantile marine is also expected.
