ALIEN REFUGEES GERMANS AND AUSTRIANS (Reed. Oct. 10, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Oct 9. The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Cosmo Lang, addressing German and Austrian refugees at a camp in Kent said: ‘T have hope, encouraged by what I hear, that my country may have the services which you will be willing to enter. How it is to be done I do not know, but it should be done.”
