SEEN OFF KEY WEST
FOREIGN. SUBMARINE (Reed. Oct. 10, 2.50 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 9. White - House stated to-day that navy patrols had sighted a submarine and two non-American tankers yesterday, 20 miles west of Key West. It was added that disclosure of the nationality might violate the Neutrality Act.
