SUNK BY EXPLOSION

SHIP OFF WELSH COAST CREW REACHES SHORE (Reed. Oct. 11, Noon.) LONDON, Oct. 10. It is revealed that in an explosion aboard the steamer Warwarri, near .he Weish Coast, bound . for New port from Belfast in ballast, five Lascars of the crew of 91 were injured. There was a terriffic explosion. Whether it was due' to a mine or torpedo is not ascertained. Doors crashed and lights were extinguished The deck fittings 1 and the wireless were blown sky-high. Water poured in as the hands rushed on to the deck, but there ,vas no panic. The captain ordered hem to the boats, as the ship listed. The crew reached ishore in the boats, and tugs took charge of the Warwarri whose European officers landed later.
