HOPES OF TREATY
TURKEY AND SOVIET EARLY SIGNING (Reed. Oct. 11, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 10. The Angora correspondent of 'the Associated Press of Great Britain states that the signing of a RussoTurkish pact is expected this week, simultaneously with the signing of agreements with Britain and France. It was reported in Moscow yesterday that the deadlock in the SovietTurkish negotiations continue. Wellinformed circles declared that since the deadlock, the Russians had concentrated 13 divisions on the Turkish frontier.
