NAZIS LIVING ABROAD BALTIC-SOUTH EUROPE DEMAND BY SOVIET NO MINORITY PROBLEMS . (Reed. Oct. 11, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 10. A Moscow report states that according to the Soviet, the exodus of Germans from the Baltic States was not initiated by Germany, but was the result of a demand by the Soviet, which is determined that there must be no possibility of the future use of oppressed German minorities, to justify an attempt to recover German influence in the Baltic. The Berlin correspondent of the Copenhagen paper Politiken states that the Soviet has agreed on the evacuation of the German minorities from Russia. Germans living in southeastern Europe are also being transferred to the Reich.
