PATUTAHI TENNIS
OFFICERS FOR SEASON (Humid Correspondent.) The annual meeting of the Patutahi Tennis Club was held on Saturday evening, Mr. S. McNaughton presiding. The treasurers’ report showed a satisfactory balance of £lO 14s Id. The following officers were elected. —President, Mr. J. Mackie, secretary and t)reasurer.*Mjr. L. Thodey; club captain, Mr. J. Sefton; committee, Messrs. J. 11. Monteith, R. Williams, G. Stubbings, S. McNaughton, and J. Sefton; Misses B. Bilham, J. Eade, M. Stubbings and M. Robb. It was decided to make the opening day, Saturday, October 14, with a dance to follow in the evening. Mr. McNaughton offered to obtain quotations for fixing the surface of the courts. Owing to the retirement of the present trustees, Messrs. ,T. Id. Monteith and L. Thodey were elected to the position.
