CONTROL OF CARRIERS

A transport goods order contained in the Gazette issued last night provides for carrying out the proposals of the Transport Law Amendment Act, 1939. whereby town carriers are brought under the transport licensing machinery. The order also removes any exempted areas in respect to goods services.
