Acceptors for the fiat day at Randwick on Saturday are: — Waverlcy Handicap: Laiglon 9.2, Red Sails 8.3, Pantler 8.2, Bristol 7.13, Vestal 7.11, Gold Pan and Young Crusader 7.8, Head Check 7.5, Kurrawid 7.0. Randwick Plate: Royal Chief and Bristol 9.6, Laiglon 9.3, Mosaic 9.0. Clibborn Stakes: High Caste 9.3, Jazbeau, Suncall, Dollar and Dashing Cavalier 8.7, Penthides 8.4, Binnia Hero 8.0, Festoon 'and Metarra 7.11. Chester Handicap (20 acceptors): Topweights: Brazandt 10.9, Caesar arid Beechwood 9.11, Red Thespian 9.7, Olympus 9.2. The stablemates, Royal Chief and Olympus, worked splendidly on the Randwick tracks to-day. Royal Chief reeled off seven furlongs in lmin. 27 sec., maintaining a solid pace throughout. He is expected to give a good account of himself against Mosaic in the Randwick Plate. Mosaic looks a picture and did a strong mile in lmin. 52Asec. Olympus accounted for a very smart sprint and seems to be improving with racing.
