The Danish paper Politiken learns that the German economist, Dr. Schacht, is prepared to elaborate a plan for a trade agreement affecting European trade from the Baltic to the Balkans, which neutrals will be invited to Berlin to accept. The central point in the' plan is that all neutral exports will be sent to Germany, which will pass on to other neutrals commoditions which Germany does not require.
