CANADIAN DIRECTOR
AUXILIARY SERVICES (Reccl. Oct. G, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, Oct. 5. The Canadian Government has appointed Brigadier W. W. Foster, president of the Canadian Legion, as director of the newly-created directorate of auxiliary services, the function of which is to utilise at home and abroad ex-servicemen who are unable to enlist for active service.
