PACTS WITH SOVIET (Reed. Oct. 6, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, Oct. 4. The Foreign Office spokesman denied European reports that Japan has denounced the anti-Communist agreement. He, -however, emphasised that Japan “continues to be displeased at the German and Soviet agreements.”
