LONDON, Oct. 5. d’he Budapest correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain reports that Hungary, and Rumania have concluded an agreement whereby Rumania increases her oil exports to Hungary to twice the, value of the iron and steel products she receives from Hungary. ■ ,
