POSTAL HEAD RESIGNS
AUSTRALIAN OFFICE (Reed. Oct. 4, 3 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 4. Sir Harry Brown has resigned from the post of Director-General of Postal Services for personal reasons. Unofficially, it is stated that he is expected to receive an appointment with the British Government.
