RUSSIAN DELIVERIES
NAZI PRECAUTIONS (Reed. Oct. 5, 12 noon) BERLIN, Oct, 4. Dr. I-I. Schacht, former Nazi Minister of National Economy, is heading the Nazi trade delegation to Moscow. He will appoint German representatives to see that Russian deliveries of petrol, ore and timber are made without delay Dr. Schacht is also placed in charge of the exploitation of Polish minerals.
