POSITION IN ELECTION (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. During the second reading debate on the Finance Bill No. 2 in the House of Representatives, Mr. J. Hargest (Nat., Awarua) asked what would be the .position of members of Parliament who had gone on active, service in the event of an election. The Hon. P. Fraser, the actingPrime Minister, replied that the difficulty could only be overcome by an arrangement between the parties
