SMOOTH MOBILISATION REFRESHER COURSES (Rccd. Oct. 5, 9 a.m.) MOSCOW, Oct. 4. A radio broadcast announced that the continued mobilisation of Red Army reservists is proceeding smoothly throughout Russia. All those mobilised have been rushed to training camps for intensive rapid courses. Tribesmen from Turkestan and other outlying districts arc sending their sons to town and asking M. Stalin to accept them for the Red Army.
