The Royal Automobile Club of Aus* t-ralia recently announced that the regulation requiring the replacement of plain glass in headlamps by “non- 1 glare” glass would come into force at tire end of last month, it is offipial'v. announced that, ill view of air-raid precautions, this new regulation will be.rigidly enforced and severe penalties will be imposed on motorists who do not comply with it.
