Cancelled sailings .and the uncertainty of departures are increasing the companies’ difficulties. Ships expected to sail in. the coming month hhve'been booked out. New applicants will be placed as sailings are possible. Many passengers have put their names on waiting lists of all companies, thus swelling the apparent number requiring passages.
