LUXEMBOURG CONCERN LONDON, Sept. 18. The Luxembourg Government is very worried because motor cars are crowding into the Grand Duchy to watch, from high ground near Schengen, the fighting 011 the FrancoGerman frontier, going 011 about a mile away. The Government declares that this practice is both unseemly and dangerous, and has restricted road traffic to the south-east.
